Quest Board Shenanigains

A LOT of this newer version is just for adding more to the Bar in Selacriz- Now a Quest Board should be set up, with a few Side-Quests that you can do. Depending on how much work you do around the town, Dax's dialogue might change- And I want to implement that sort of dynamic reputation idea to a lot of other characters, too, as well as on a per-town basis! 

The Quest Board is gonna be the most likely culprit of bugs in this, so feel free to engage with it as much as you like! Let me know if stuff gets weird, or things act unusually, because then I'll be able to target it and fix it next time!

I'm hoping to find the energy to get some more art done for this game, as well, so it won't just be built-in assets for the game, and you all get to see some characters how they're INTENDED to look!
